Served on the patio at the water's edge, or up on the terrace — warm crêpes and msemen, jams, freshly pressed juices, fruit of the season, and the calm of the medina as the only soundtrack.

The menu is written each morning, on the way back from the market.
At Riad Dar One an excellent chef cooks to order — traditional Moroccan dinners built on fresh produce from the market, and lunch at midday should the mood take you. The menu follows his inspiration of the day; the table follows the seasons: the patio beside the pool in summer, the fireplace salon on cool evenings, the terrace facing the Koutoubia as night falls.

Morning at the water's edge,

No fixed dining room here: in summer the life of the house unfolds on the patio, beside the pool; on cool evenings it draws back into the salon, in front of the fireplace.

The unhurried lunch
At midday the chef also proposes lunch, shaped by the market and his inspiration of the day. The tables are then set in the shade of the patio palms, a step from the pool.

The chef's dinner
A traditional Moroccan dinner, prepared to order with fresh produce from the market. On cool evenings the table is set in the salon, beside the fireplace; in summer, on the terrace, facing the Koutoubia.
Book direct and the welcome dinner is offered from two nights.
The terrace & wellbeing
Up on the roofs, the sky does the rest.
The terrace unfolds across several spaces: daybeds beneath shade sails, a bar for fresh-fruit cocktails and a dining corner where the Atlas and the Koutoubia catch fire at sunset. As for hammam and massages, the house keeps no spa within its walls: it arranges them for you with trusted local partners.

The airport shuttle
From the airport, a private air-conditioned shuttle drops you off as close as possible to the riad — you arrive by car, with several guarded car parks close by. A serene arrival, with nothing left to negotiate.
